More About NYPTI: It is the mission of the New York Prosecutors Training Institute, Inc. to enrich the quality and efficiency of justice by providing comprehensive continuing legal education, training, advice, and assistance to New York State prosecutors. Services Offered: Legal Research and Mutual Assistance. NYPTI has staff attorneys available to research and write briefs, answer motions, and help draft memoranda on points of law on virtually any criminal law topic. Continuing Legal Education: NYPTI is the only statewide trainer devoted exclusively to prosecutors and is certified by the NYS Office of Court Administration as an approved provider of continuing legal education. NYPTI supplements the training of the 12 largest counties in the State and is the only prosecution trainer for the other 50. Since its inception in 1995, NYPTI has conducted more than 375 continuing legal education seminars.
