Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office seeks candidates for an Assistant District Attorney position. The successful candidate should have experience handling criminal cases. Experience with preliminary hearings, grand jury presentations and trial work is a plus. Duties and responsibilities will include vertical prosecution of a wide range of cases. Admission to the New York State Bar required.
Assistant District Attorney – Appeals
Salary is commensurate with experience, starting at $96,072.
The Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office seeks an experienced candidate for a full-time Assistant District Attorney position, with primary emphasis on appellate work. The successful candidate should have a strong background in research and writing, with experience handling all aspects of post-conviction litigation, including direct appeals, appellate division motion practice, and habeas corpus matters. Admission to the New York State Bar is required and county residency will need to be established upon hiring.
