The New York Prosecutors Training Institute (NYPTI) seeks an Applications Developer to work in its Albany, NY office.

Job Duties:

Design, develop and support high traffic, customer facing, custom web applications for gathering and analyzing data; Responsible for full stack lifecycle, from requirements and specifications to production and deployment of in-house applications. Analyze gathered data and produce reports to assess app users’ performance. Utilize C#, .Net (using MVC) and SQL server in a microservice architecture using Docker containers, Kubernetes, React, and jQuery running in AWS Govcloud.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline, or foreign equivalent;
• Must pass skills test in Java, Python, SQL, machine learning, data analytics, and AWS;
• Successful NYS police background check required.

SALARY:       $85,426/year plus benefits
