Salary Range: $82 – $128k
Classification: Exempt (no exam needed)
Job Description: The Albany County District Attorney’s Office is seeking motivated candidates for full-time Assistant District Attorney positions. Applicants should have a strong interest in criminal law and a desire for hands-on courtroom experience, with numerous opportunities for professional growth. The Assistant District Attorney will represent Albany County and prosecute violations, misdemeanors, and felonies on behalf of the District Attorney.
Minimum Qualifications (at least):
Admission to the NYS Bar and licensure to practice Law in the State of New York
