Assistant District Attorney (Financial Crimes)
Salary Range: $120 – $128k
Classification: Exempt (no exam needed)
Job Description: The Albany County District Attorney’s Office seeks an experienced candidate for a full-time Assistant District Attorney to work in our Financial Crimes Bureau. Duties and responsibilities will include handling a financial crimes felony caseload, discovery practice, motion practice, grand jury presentations, pretrial hearings, through trial and sentencing.
Minimum Qualifications (at least):
Admission to the NYS Bar and licensure to practice Law in the State of New York
At least 3 years of experience handling criminal prosecutions
