We are seeking an Assistant District Attorney to join our close-knit, drama-free team of passionate prosecutors.

Responsibilities

– Felony prosecution from intake through disposition

– Local court appearances and practice

– Grand jury presentations

– Motion practice, hearings, and trials

– Discovery compliance (made efficient with our proven system)

– County Court appearances

– Participation in Drug Court

– On-call rotations for centralized arraignment (additional pay)

Technology & Training

– Full use and integration of a Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) and Axon’s Justice Premier

– Comprehensive one-on-one and web-based training

– Be on the cutting edge of AI integration, automation, and workflows

Minimum Job Requirements

– Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

– Admitted to Practice Law in New York State

Compensation & Benefits

– Starting salary: $91,528 – 98,243 (tiered system based on experience)

– On-call stipend: Up to $10,000/year

– Full NYS retirement system

– Health, dental, and vision insurance

– Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible
