Starting salary of $97,718.00 depending on experience.

Responsibilities include the management of a full caseload from initiation of cases to final resolution including select post-conviction matters. Candidates should anticipate many early opportunities for hands on courtroom experience including calendar appearances, hearings and trial work.

Candidates must be an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York in good standing or awaiting admission. Criminal law experience is preferred but not mandatory. Successful candidates must be a Seneca County resident or resident of a contiguous county at the time of appointment or be willing to relocate within a reasonable time thereafter.
