Below are alternative methods to attend a webinar when having issues joining via the link provided when registering.

  1. Download the Fuze desktop application at https://www.fuze.com/download
  • Click Join a Meeting. Do not attempt to Sign In
  • Enter in your name, the exact email address you used to register, and use the Meeting ID

 

For those of you who wish to call in for audio instead of using your computer speakers dial 1-201-479-4595 and enter the Meeting ID

 

  1.  Join using your browser:
  • Using either Firefox or Chrome go to browser.fuzemeeting.com
  • Enter your full name exactly as you did when registering and the Meeting ID
  • Choose if you want Fuze Audio or Phone Audio
    • o If Fuze Audio then make sure that “Use Fuze Audio” is turned on and “My Microphone” is turned off.
    • o If Phone Audio click “Dial In”.  Please use 1-201-479-4595 and enter the Meeting ID
  • Click “Join Meeting” and wait to be accepted

 

If for some reason you are unable to connect using any of these methods, most of our webinars are recorded and are typically available on CLE Online within a week.
